The Rideau Speedeaus are once again organizing the “Not-So-Serious Meet” swim clinic on November 8 2026, from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. led by coach Jason, at the deep end of the University of Ottawa pool. This fun and friendly swim clinic is designed to help swimmers learn race protocols and develop competition skills in a supportive, low pressure environment. It’s a great opportunity to get comfortable with swim meet procedures, experience the excitement of racing and gain confidence for the upcoming meets including the IGLA+ Championships in Montreal next summer.
There will be a social after to celebrate.
