Our year is divided into seven training blocks, so you can join when it works best for you:

You can purchase a membership for any individual block, or for multiple blocks throughout the year.
We offer four lanes (A–D) with different workout intensities. Choose the lane that feels right for you—and feel free to move lanes during practice if your needs change. There’s no pressure and no need to ask permission. Everyone is encouraged to swim their own swim.
Approximate 50m freestyle pace
- Lane A: under 45 seconds
- Lane B: 45 seconds – 1:00
- Lane C: 1:00 – 1:15
- Lane D: over 1:15
Financial accessibility
We want swimming to be accessible. Individuals experiencing financial hardship (for example: unemployed individuals, full‑time students, refugees) may apply for a 50% bursary on registrations. Please contact us to learn more.
No refunds are provided, except in the event of pool closures due to public health restrictions.
