Swimming with the Rideau Speedeaus
Our regular fall and winter seasons are from early September to late April. During the fall and winter seasons we swim up to four times a week. Check the calendar below for regular swim times and the registration page for availability.

Swim clinics are back and are now open to non-members for $16 per clinic. Members can register for clinics for free by registering via the members area of the website. The following swim clinics are proposed:

During the summer months we take the opportunity to take advantage of the great outdoors and organize ad-hoc open water swims at Lac Leamy, Lac Meech and Lac Philippe usually followed by a chance to have a picnic together. There are two open water swimming races in the Ottawa area that the team takes part in:
- Bring on the Bay 3k and 1.5k
- Riverkeeper 4k, 1.5k and 750m
