Post Workout Grub

We sure work up an appetite while swimming, so at least once a week we like to grab a meal together after practice! Join us for a regular Friday dinner at a restaurant near the pool: location changes each week.

Join us for our weekly social dinner on Fridays after practice. We will meet at the restaurant

around 8:30 p.m. Check out the Outreach messenger group for the location of that week’s

dinner. Let someone know you are coming so that they can save you a seat!

And join us after each Sunday clinic for brunch at Father & Sons.
